Recorded in 2013, this was the album where King Gizzard began stretching their jams into genuinely hypnotic territory, drawing on the motorik pulse of Can and Neu! while keeping one foot planted in Australian garage rock. The extended title track alone signals where the band was headed: toward the kind of locked-groove intensity that would make them one of the most relentlessly prolific and adventurous bands of their generation.
Float Along - Fill Your Lungs is the third studio album by Australian psychedelic rock band King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. Steeped in psychedelic and Krautrock undertones this is an early classic from the Gizzard catalog. These records have been sustainably made via injection mold technology and are made from PET plastic (the same plastic as water bottles).
