Orders and availability
Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and promotions may change without notice. An order is accepted only after Findly confirms it. We may cancel or limit an order when necessary, including for inventory, pricing, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed by supplier partners. Suppliers typically create shipping labels within 2 business days. Available shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
Returns and cancellations
Returns and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Cancellation requests may be made until fulfillment, subject to supplier review.
Product information
We work to present product images, descriptions, formats, and availability accurately. Colors, packaging, and product appearance can vary by device and production run. Unless stated otherwise, products are intended for personal use and not resale.

The Findly name, site design, and original site content are owned by Findly or their respective owners. Product names, artist names, and supplier materials remain the property of their respective owners.
