# Mobb Deep – The Infamous (LP Vinyl)

Recorded largely in the Queensbridge Houses, the same New York City projects where Prodigy and Havoc grew up, \*The Infamous\* captured a specific strain of mid-90s street reality that few records have matched before or since. Havoc's production, built on cold, looping minor-key samples, created a sonic template that reverberates through East Coast hip-hop to this day.
